Clubs

We understand our students have a variety of interests, so we invite all students to learn more about the different clubs we have to offer. Most clubs meet during PAWS period, but some meet before or after school. Look around; we’ve got something for everybody!

Current Club Offerings

Academic Team
Are you a fact hog? Then join our Academic Team! Our junior and senior high teams compete against other schools throughout the state to show what they know.

Spell Bowl
As part of our Academic team, Spell Bowl team members compete against area high schools in spelling competitions. Last year, our junior high team brought home both the county and regional championships!

Art Club
Our Art Club explores different forms, mediums, and time periods of art. During our meetings, we increase our skills in drawing, painting, and sculpture while learning about art-related careers.

Builders Club
Join us and discover if you have what it takes to be a builder.

Chess Club
Chess. It’s more than a game. It’s a mindset. Join us for Chess Club to boost your problem-solving skills and learn that winning is more than a checkmate.

Drama Club
Drama Club provides an opportunity for students to study drama as an art form while preparing dramas for NDHS. Watch our news page for announcements about upcoming performances.

FCA
Fellowship of Christian Athletes focuses on serving local communities by equipping, empowering, and encouraging coaches and athletes to make a difference for Christ.

FFA
Our FFA chapter develops student leadership and promotes career success through agriculture education and project learning. Learn more on our FFA page.

Key Club
Key Club teaches high school students leadership through community service. If you need community service hours for graduation or scholarships, you need to check us out. But be careful; you may find you love it!

National Honor Society
Our National and Junior National Honor Societies recognize students who consistently demonstrate excellence both in and outside of the classroom.

SADD
SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) encourages students to use positive peer pressure to influence other teens to make safe and healthy decisions. We are a supportive community of peers who encourage one another to think about the consequences of their decision-making and offer fun and healthy alternatives to prevalent teenage risks.

Student Council
Student council representatives get hands-on experience in our democratic form of government. They represent student concerns and communicate with stakeholders to ensure every student is receiving the best educational experience possible.

Yearbook
Our Student Publications Club learns journalism, photography, and editing skills while producing the annual Charger Yearbook. Reserve your copy today! And follow us on Instagram for sneak peeks throughout the year.
